No Containerization or Orchestration

Our Solution

KP Infotech proposed and implemented a two-pronged infrastructure modernization plan that focused on cost-efficiency, automation, and scalability.
Phase 1
Compute Migration & Containerization
Step 1

Migrated all workloads from DigitalOcean to Hostinger Cloud, which provided comparable performance at a significantly lower cost.

Step 2

Containerized all services using Docker, enabling repeatable and isolated deployments.

Step 3

Deployed and managed these containers using Coolify, an open-source platform similar to Heroku, allowing the client to manage deployments visually and automate scaling.

AWS Storage Optimization
Step 1

Implemented S3 Intelligent-Tiering and Lifecycle Policies to automatically move infrequently accessed data to cheaper storage classes.

Step 2

Performed a one-time cleanup of non-essential data, reclaiming storage and reducing long-term cost exposure.
